Pretty Potty is proudly based in California, but we travel across the United States. Our slogan, "We Roll Anywhere," reflects our commitment to bringing luxury restroom services wherever your event takes place!

What Type of Events Does Pretty Potty Serve?

We love any occasion! Pretty Potty caters to a diverse range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, experiential marketing events, meetings, birthdays, and other social gatherings. No matter the occasion, we promise to deliver a memorable experience infused with Pretty Potty elegance.

*Note: For weddings, we require a day-of wedding planner to assist with the booking process. This ensures a seamless delivery and removal experience, allowing you to focus on your special day.*

How Early Should We Book With You?

The sooner, the better! Our 2025 event calendar is filling up quickly, and we are already booking into 2026. Due to the high volume of inquiries, especially during peak season (May to October), we require a 50% deposit to reserve your selected date. This deposit will apply toward your remaining balance.

What Size Unit is Right for My Group?

Choosing the right size restroom unit for your group depends on several factors. A general guideline we recommend is one restroom station for every 35 to 45 guests. For example, for a gathering of 200 guests, we recommend a 5-station luxury portable restroom trailer to ensure convenience and comfort.

What is Provided with Your Restroom Services?

With our Pretty Potty luxury restroom services, you receive:

Yes! We offer a wide variety of handicap-accessible or ADA accessible restroom trailers to ensure every guest can enjoy the facilities comfortably. These units are designed with wider entrances, grab bars, and ample interior space for mobility assistance. Not all units are ADA accessible- Please contact a Pretty Potty Representative for additional information.

How Do You Ensure Sanitization and Cleanliness?

Pretty Potty takes hygiene very seriously. Each restroom trailer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event. Our team conducts regular inspections during your rental period to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. We also provide hand sanitizing stations to encourage guest hygiene.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us ASAP! Cancellations made within two weeks may result in a partial or non-refundable charge, depending on the circumstances. We strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can!

Do You Provide Delivery and Setup Services?

Absolutely! Pretty Potty includes delivery, setup, and removal of all restroom trailers as part of our service. Our professional team will ensure that everything is installed correctly and ready for your guests before the event starts.

Can We Customize the Interior of the Restroom Trailers?

Yes, if you are a marketing or event professional looking to take the restroom trailer to the next level, feel free to reach out to us to discuss. Typically we have no problem with you decking out the unit with your clients logo but PLEASE let us know in advance for approval.

What Are the Maintenance Provisions During the Rental Period?

To ensure a continued high standard of service, we provide regular checks and maintenance during the rental period. For multi-day usage, our team will visit the site to restock supplies, clean the units, and perform any necessary maintenance, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event without any concerns. Let us know that you are using the unit for multiple days and we will be sure to add waste removal / cleaning service to you service agreement.
